Dana Levenson is a Managing Director and Head of North American Infrastructure for The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Levenson joined RBS in 2007 and advises potential sellers of infrastructure assets and arranges financing for buyers. Prior to joining RBS, he was the City of Chicago 's chief financial officer, with oversight of the city comptroller's office and the departments of budget and management, procurement services and revenue. In particular, he was responsible for the sales of both the Chicago Skyway for $1.83 billion in 2005 and the Chicago Downtown Parking System in 2006 for $563 million. He also led the effort to raise the city's bond ratings to their highest levels since 1978. Levenson was previously a managing director with Bank One and Bank of America. He received his bachelor's degree in European history from Brown University and his MBA from New York University.
